Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Support Portal before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank – processing delays may occur

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out through our Support Portal.


Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us through our Support Portal to get started.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Return Shipping
To return your item, please follow the instructions provided via our Support Portal.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return qualifies for a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
